The Contracting Authority Will Implement The Design And Construction Work In The Form Of Requirements For Performance Or Function Pursuant To Section 92 (2) Of The Public Procurement Act (Also Referred To As Design & Build Method). The Selected Supplier Will Provide Services, Supplies And Construction Work To The Extent Defined By The Work.
