Competence Center Sjælland Offers A Framework Agreement On Land Inspector Services Within Surveying, Rights Acquisition (Voluntary Agreements And Expropriation) And Matricular Tasks. The Contracting Entity Obliged To Apply The Framework Agreement To Purchase Services Performed On Existing Plants (Operational Tasks) Within Water, Wastewater, Heat, Surface Water And Cooling Supply. The Contracting Entity May At Any Time Choose To Perform Some Of The Services As In-House Services, E.G. Make Your Own Survey With Your Own Employees. The Contracting Entity May Choose To Use This Framework Agreement For Services In Connection With Bnbo Tasks (Urban Protection Areas) But Is Not Obliged To Do So, And Reserves The Right To Offer Or Enter Into Contracts On This As An Independent Task. The Contracting Entity May Also Choose To Use This Framework Agreement On New Plants, But Is Not Obliged To Do So. However, The Contracting Entity Reserves The Right To Offer Or Conclude Contracts On This As An Independent Task Or As Part Of The Total Construction And Construction Task.
