The Contract Deals With The Delivery Of Advice For The Construction Of A New Heating Center (Smc). The Plant Must Be Erected At Bar Mark And Requirements Are Made On The Architectural Expression Of The New Building. The Building Will Be Placed On The Old Coal Site, North Of The Swan Mill. The Volume Of The Building Is Given In Advance, As Well As The Overall Decor. The Total Construction Sum Is Estimated At 1,250 Mdkk. Resource Costs (External And Internal Time Costs) Are Not Included In The Construction Sum. The Advisory Tasks (This Tender) Deal With Technical Advice And Assistance In All Phases, Cf. The Deputy Project And Design Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing The Tasks Performed By The Designers. Deputy Project And Design Managers Overall Tasks And Responsibilities Are That: • Ensure The Projects Goals And Overall Frameworks, Including Preparation Of Nomination Notes For The Steering Committee Regarding Time, Finances, Quality, Risk, Resources And Insurance Conditions Throughout The Project Period. • Contribute To Updating Business Case, Project Organization, Project Handbook, Phase Change Settings, Including Expectation Reconciliation, Motivation, Sparring And Conflict Management. • Follow Up On Risk And Security Assessments, Interfaces, Project Changes, Plan For Government Contact. • Call And Follow Up At Collaborative And Coordination Meetings With The Projects Professional Groups. • Participate In Construction Meetings And Commissioning Meetings, Including Continuously Contributing To And Following Up On Progress, Changes, Quality, Finances, Hse, Fat, Sat, Errors And Deficiencies, Deviations And General Project Follow -Up. • Perform Daily Follow -Up On Schedules In Collaboration With Project Manager, Including The Identification Of The Critical Pathway And Reporting Of Progress. • Prepare Overall Plans For The Projects Production And Have The Daily Coordination Between The Designers. • Participate In Project Planning And Help Create Motivation With The Designers As Well As Create Ove
