The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Consultant For The Provision Of Consulting Services Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act - Carrying Out An Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Investment Project And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Of The Site Upgrading Of The Composting Installation For Separately Collected Biodegradable Municipal Waste Of Rsu Veliko Turnovo Public Procurement Includes The Following Main Activities: Activity 1. Preparation Of A Complex Report On The Conformity Assessment Of The Investment Project In The Technical Project. 169, Para. 1, Item 6 And Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Part Structural. The Activity Includes An Assessment Of Compliance With The Essential Requirements For The Construction Works On All Parts Of The Investment Project, In Volume And Content According To The Spa, Including The Conformity Assessment And Technical Control Of The Part Structural In Accordance With Art. 142, Para. 10 Of The Spatial Planning Act And The Preparation Of A Comprehensive Report On Conformity Assessments. The Contractor Should Assist The Contracting Authority In The Procedure For Coordination And Approval Of The Investment Project And Issuance Of A Building Permit. Activity 2. Exercise Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of Art. 166 Of The Spatial Planning Act, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 168 Of The Spa. Preparation Of A Technical Passport Of The Site, In Accordance With Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spa. The Activity Includes The Following Tasks: - Exercise Construction Supervision During Construction Until The Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction In The Mandatory Scope, Regulated In The Spatial Planning Act And The By -Laws For Its Implementation, Including The Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products, Which Ensure The Construction Of The Basic Requirements. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On The Technical Requirements For Products, As Well As The Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Commissioning Of The Construction, Including The Control Of The Quantities, The Quality And Conformity Of The Completed Construction And Assembly Works With The Contract For The Implementation Of The Engineering Of The Site, As Well As Other Activities Subject To The Engineering Contract; - Fulfillment Of The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator In Accordance With The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work When Performing Construction And Installation Works, Incl. Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Said Ordinance; - Preparation Of A Final Construction Report, In Accordance With Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 On The Commissioning Of The Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, And A Technical Passport For The Construction According To Art. 176 A Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Construction Works
