The Subject Specialists Refer To The Sub -Project Manager Up To And Including The Design Phase, Then They Refer To The Construction Manager During Assembly And Finally To The Commissioning Manager During The Commissioning. The Subject Specialists Must Attend Project Meetings As Needed.
