The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Acquire The Telematics System Msdi - 2 Complete Sets, Each Of Them Consisting Of Block A, B, C, And Separately Block D And One Common Block E (Msdi). The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of Complete Sw, Hw Equipment And Transport Elements Msdi. Individual Msdi Blocks Are As Follows: A. Block A - Mobile Information System For Displaying Traffic Information, So -Called Operating Information (“Zpi”), B. Block B - Mobile Traffic Control System (Harmonization, Lane Restrictions, Column Warning, Access Control, Etc.) Signals (“Ss”), D. Block D - Transport Traffic Vehicle For Transfer/Manipulation Of Complete Set Including Securing Signaling/Protective Functions, E. Block E - Monitoring, Control And Service Sw, Ready To Configurate And Manage Information From Places Equipped With Portable Telematical System In The City Of Prague. The City Of Prague, For The Above Elements A, B And C. Configuration And Control Of The System For Hw Components Will Allow The Use Of System Control For Separate Element A, B, C Or Combination Of Individual Elements (A+B+C, A+B, A+C Or B+C). The Contracting Authority Also Requires The Following Performance: F. Technology With Sw Control For The Possibility Of Monitoring, Informing And Management Of Traffic Flow In Traffic Restrictions Or Work Zones On The Backbone Of The City Of Prague, Which Are Under The Administration Of The Contracting Authority, G. Msdi Operator, I. Provision Of Msdi, J Guarantee Service. Provision Of Msdi Development And Optimization Services. The Msdi Telematics System In Question Must Be Designed, Configured And Installed In Order To Respect The Road With Regard To The Traffic Intensity And The Composition Of The Transport Current At The Location (In The Prague City), The Normal Way Of Transport And Other Aspects That Have A Significant Impact On The Function Of The Telematics System, Respectively. For A Suitable Combination Of Hw Components In A Given Location. The Public Contract Includes The Acquisition Of Technology With Sw Control For The Possibility Of Monitoring, Informing And Management Of Traffic Flow In Traffic Restrictions Or Working Zones On The Backbone Roads Of The City Of Prague. M. Prague, Which Are Managed By The Contracting Authority. The Delivery Must Be Designed And Designed For Placement On Roads With A Maximum Holiday At 80 Km/H According To The Applicable Legislation.
