The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Complete Cost Estimate (Hereinafter Referred To As Documentation) Together With Obtaining At Least Required By Law: Construction, Water, Environmental Protection, Public Procurement, Among Others In The Scope Of: Opinions, Arrangements, Reports And Administrative Decisions, And The Authors Supervision For The Following Task: Construction Of The Water Reservoir, For The Purposes Of Proper Preparation, Performance And Settlement Of The Above. Tasks Under The Project Entitled A Comprehensive Project For Adaptation Of Forests And Forestry To Climate Change - Low Retention And Counteracting Water Erosion In Lowland Areas (Mrn3) - Continuation. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into The Following Stages: A) The Implementation Of Complete Documentation Together With Obtaining A Final Decision On The Building Permit Or Confirming The Lack Of Grounds For Submitting An Objection To The Submitted Works, B) Conformity Of Construction Works With The Documentation - From The Date Of The Start Of Construction Works Until The Final Acceptance And Obtaining Permission To Be Used.
