Quotation are invited for Feasibility and Interoperability Studies for the OWSO-MIS System Integration. NB: NGOs wishing to join this tender must have a valid business certificate (Patent) showing that they can provide commercial services to the public. For local consulting firm registered officially in Cambodia, please also attach a business license, Tax certificate and Patent. The offer is net and subject to value-added tax (VAT) according to the Cambodian Tax Law. For Cambodia resident consultants including a Cambodian or a foreigner, if a Cambodian, please attach ID Card, but for a foreigner, please attach Passport, EB Visa, Work Permit and proof of legal resident in Cambodia. The offer is gross inclusive of Withholding Tax 15%. The withheld amount will be paid to the tax authority by the GIZ to comply with all the given requirements.
