Tenders are invited for Procurement of Utility Vehicles COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Contact Officer, Medical Directors Office of the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Budo-Egba, Kwara State from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm upon presenting evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 only per Lot, payable to the FNPH Budo-Egba TSA account (remita account) and obtain official receipt indicating the LOT being bid for. Ensure you sign the Bid Collection Register. 4. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit tender documents in two (2) copies (Original and Copy) each for Technical and Financial Bids. TECHNICAL BID FOR LOT. AND FINANCIAL BID FOR LOT..and at the reverse side, the name of the bidding company addressed to: The Medical Director. Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Budo-Egba, Kwara State Submission should not be later than 12:00 noon, Wednesday, 25th June 2025 5. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, 25th June 2025 at the Seminar Room of the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Budo-Egba, Kwara State in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be opened immediately after the technical bids processing. Please ensure you drop bids in the dedicated tender box at the Contact office, as the Hospital would not be responsible for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
