Road Transport Services - Renting Sanitary Vehicles. • The Subject Of The Contract Is The Rent Of 2 Pieces Of Ambulance Vehicles Without Service, Including The Provision Of Services Related, With The Obligation Of The Supplier To The Possibility Of Subsequent Purchase Of Vehicles To The Ownership Of The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Shall Make A Detailed Inspection Of The Vehicles Before The Termination Of The Lease And Assesses Whether It Is Interested In Acquiring The Ownership Rights To The Vehicles. Then The Contracting Authority Is Entitled On The Basis Of A Contract On The Future Contract - Purchase, Invites The Supplier To Conclude A Purchase Contract For A Vehicle/Vehicle, While The Supplier Is Obliged To Accept The Call For Conclusion Of The Contract. • The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also Defined By A Binding Proposal For Contracts, Which Consists Of Annex 2 And No. 7 Of The Tender Conditions.
