The Implementation Includes The Following Activities That Are Related To The Design And Commissioning Of The Site, And Are A Condition, A Consequence Or Addition To Them: - An Assessment Of The Presence Of Protected Species In The Implementation Of Energy Renovation Of Multi -Family Residential Buildings Under The Recovery And Resistance Plan. - Review And Analysis Of The Existing Report On The Results Of The Inspection On Establishing The Technical Characteristics Of The Building And The Technical Passport Of The Construction; - Review And Analysis Of The Existing Report From The Inspection On The Energy Characteristics Of The Building; - Review And Analysis Of An Assessment Of The Presence Of Protected Species In The Building; - Architectural Shooting Of The Building And Geodetic Shooting Of The Adjacent Terrain, If Necessary; - Additional Studies As Needed, Including A Detailed Inspection Of The Site For Reflecting Any Changes That Have Occurred After The Stage Of Preparation Of The Energy Efficiency Survey (For Example, Replaced The Windows And Others). The Contractor Must Notify The Contracting Authority Who Coordinates The Preliminary Design Activities; - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase For The Site/Sections Of The Building, Within The Scope And With Content In Accordance With Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Project From The Energy Efficiency Survey Of The Respective Section Of The Building; Performing By The Contractor Of All Necessary Activities For Coordination Of The Investment Project With The Contracting Authority And The Coordination Of The Project With Central And Territorial Administrations, Specialized Control Bodies And Operating Companies Where They Are Imposed; Fees/Costs For Coordination And Approval, With The Exception Of Those To The Contracting Authority, Are At The Expense Of The Contractor. - Reflection Of The Recommendations And Comments Made In The Course Of The Coordination Procedures With The Contracting Authority, Central And Territorial Administrations, Specialized Control Bodies And Operating Companies, And Of Carrying Out The Assessment Of Compliance Of The Investment Project With The Basic Requirements For The Structures By The Consultant; - Receive All Necessary Opinions And Permits Necessary For Carrying Out Its Work, In Accordance With The Bulgarian Legislation; - Lawful, Qualitative And Timely Initiation, Execution And Completion Of Construction, Including The Delivery Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Workforce And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Investment Project
