The Consultant (S) Shall Carry Out An Investigation Of The Financial And Administrative Consequences Of A Bill On The Division Of Data From The Public Sector To Further Use In Society In General. The Report Shall Be Based On The Bill On A New Law On Data Sharing To The Further Use Committee In Nou 2024: 14 With The Law, Data Must Be Shared. The Investigation Should Be Summarized In A Report. The Bill Requires The Public Sector To Make Data Available In Certain Ways, For Example When Using Standard Formats Or Standard Licenses. The Regulations Also Limit The Public Sectors Leeway To Pay For Data From Users. The Report Will Deal With Financial And Administrative Consequences For Both The State And The Municipality. The Ministry Is Particularly Interested In Specific Estimates Of The Financial Consequences Of The Bill For The Municipalities And Therefore Wants This To Be Dealt With Particularly Thoroughly In The Report. The Final Deadline For The Agreement Is September 26, 2025. The Acquisition Has An Upper Economic Framework Of Nok 500,000 Excl. Vat.
