Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of The Facade, The Roof Of The Building, The External Stairs And The Retaining Wall Of The District Court Building In Wałbrzych At 10 Słowackiego Street

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works For The Task Entitled Renovation Of The Facade, The Roof Of The Building, The External Stairs And The Retaining Wall Of The District Court Building In Wałbrzych At 10 Słowackiego Street Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Opz). 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Subject To The Obligation To Manage Construction Works And Perform Investor Supervision By Persons Who Meet The Requirements Referred To In Art. 37C Of The Act Of 23 July 2003 On The Protection Of Monuments And The Care Of Monuments (I.E., Journal Of Laws 20124.1292). 3. The Building Is Included In The Register Of Monuments Of The Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, And Thus Is Subject To Conservation Protection. Entering In The Register Of Monuments By Decision No. 697/1375/Wł Of 20.08.1992, The Building Of The District Court In Wałbrzych Consists Of Two Buildings: Building A (Front Building) And Building B (Rear Wing). It Is A 3-Storey Object, A Basement, Built In Traditional Technology. 5. The Works Concerned By The Order Include Activities Enabling And Aimed At The Implementation Of The Task Indicated In Para. 1 Above. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Renovation And Renovation (Reconstruction) Of The Facade; 2) Replacement - Renovation Of Roofing; 3) Replacement, Renovation And Renovation Of External Stairs; 4) Renovation And Renovation Of Retaining Walls; 5) Replacement Of Cubst Pipes, Gutters, External Window Sills And Flashings; 6) Replacement Of Handrails And Balustraes; Pobrukowy Around The Stairs And Lining With Granite Pavement Panels; 8) Disassembly, Assembly Of Bars And Steel Gates; 9) Replacement (Adaptation)- Renovation Of The Installation: A) Lightning Gas And Electric; 13) Marking For Visually Impaired; 14) Utilization Of Materials Created During The Performance Of Works; And Others Not Indicated In Points 1-14, Including Those Listed In The Project Documentation Covered By The Subject Of The Contract And Not Listed And Subject To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. Note:  Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation (Opz) And/ And According To Current Arrangements At The Dwkz Delegation In Wałbrzych,  The Materials Indicated In The Design Documentation Are Examples On The Basis Of Which The Contractor May Apply Materials Of Other Manufacturers With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Adopted In The Project Documentation - With The Consent Of The Dwk (If Required),  All Discrepancies Between The Project And The Act Consult With The Designer And The Ordering Party,  During The Implementation Of Works, The Contractor Will Be Required To Present Trial Elements Of Elements, Among Others Before Painting The Facade (Detail+Background), As Well As Agree The Method Of Developing The Surface And Edges Of Boni And Show A Drawing (Profile Of Cornices Intended For Reconstruction) - They Are Subject To The Final Accept
