3.2 The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) Pre-Transmission Analysis- Implementation Of Stage I, Including The Analysis Of The Hardware And Issuing Of Guidelines In The Scope Of Changes From The Employer Including The Determination Of Parameters For The Purchase Of A New Server On Which The Software With Databases Will Be Installed And Checking Whether The Other Computers On Which End Users Will Work. Parameters. 2) Implementation Of Stage Ii, Including Zsi Supplies, System Software Together With The Implementation Of System Modules, Implementation Of Zsi Software And Adaptation To The Needs Of The Employer And Granting The License, And To Perform All Modifications Necessary For The Ordering Party, 3) Conducting Training In Service And Administration, And Providing Guarantees And Services Of A Maintenance Service At The Headquarters And Introducing A System To The Principles Set Out In § 14 Of The Contract, 4) Implementation Of Stage Iii - Maintenance Service And In The Scope Of System Administration, In Accordance With § 9 Of The Contract, Including Providing The Ordering Party Of The Latest Versions Of The System And Its Updates For A Period Of 42 Months From The Date Of Signing The System Reception Protocol.
