1. The Subject Of The Order Is Renovation Of Bathrooms And The Utility Room Of The Ground Floor And The First Floor Of The School Building 2. The Scope Of Work Includes:- Preparatory And Demolition Works (Dismantling Of Sanitary Facilities, Dismantling Of Partition Walls, Breaking Of Wall Cladding And Floors, Forging From The Wall Of The Frames)- Replacement Of The Electrical Installation, Co, Sewage,- Facing Walls And Floors With Tiles- Replenishing Plasters- Installation Of Doors, Partitions Between The Toasts, The Partition Walls Between Tools, Radiators, Radiators, Radiators, Radiators. Toilet, Urinals, Washbasin. 3. The Scope Of The Order Was Indicated In The Annex To Swz - No. 10 The Bill Of Quantities4. The Employer Allows The Approach To The Offer, And Then The Use Of Other Materials And Devices Than Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Specified In This Order. The Contracting Authority Describing The Subject Of The Contract With The Help Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Contracting Authority, Is Obliged To Show That The Construction Works He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. Demonstration Of Equivalence Should Take Place In Particular By Means Of The Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104 - 107 Of The Pzp Act. 7. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Provision Resulting From The Knr Or Knnr Indicating The Need To Use Specific Equipment With Specific Parameters When Performing The Order, The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Other Equipment If It Ensures The Achievement Of The Assumed Design Parameters And Will Not Cause The Risk Of Non -Compliance Of The Work.
