The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Involving The Performance Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Didactic Rooms To The Hotel-Catering And Tourist Workshop In The Building Of Workshops Belonging To The Stanisław Staszic School Complex In Barlewiczki Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled: Development Of Vocational Education In The Sztum Poviat, As Part Of The European Funds Program For Pomerania 2021-2027, Priority 6, Priority 6 - European Funds For Socially Strong Pomerania (Erdr), Measure 6.2 Infrastructure Of Inclusion And Vocational Education, Co -Financed From The European Regional Development Fund. 2. The Detailed Scope And Procedure And Manner Of Execution Of Construction Works Are Contained By Documents Constituting An Attachment To Swz, I.E. Design Documentation (Annex 10 To Swz) And Design Of The Contractual Provisions (Annex 9 To Swz). 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Contract, Provided With Project Documentation And Swz Together With Attachments, 2) Execution Of As -Built Documentation, 3) Organizing And Conducting The Subject Of The Work Of Trials, Tests, Acceptance, Etc., 4). Developing The Required Manuals Of The Use And Maintenance Of Installations And Installations Installed And Installed In The Facilities With Training Indicated Personnel, Ordering Party, 5) Performing The Update Of Fire Safety Instructions For The Rebuilt Facility, 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Accept The Works Of The Subject Of The Contract By Relevant Units And Services, Along With Obtaining The Documents Required By Law (Position/Opinion Of The Local Poviat Commandant Of The State Fire Service And The State Poviat Sanitary Inspector In Terms Of Compliance Of The Object With The Construction Project) - If Required. 4. Justification Of The Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Parts: The Task To Which This Application For The Initiation Of The Procedure Is Co-Financed Under The European Funds Program For Pomerania 2021-2027, Priority 6-European Funds For Socially Strong Pomerania (Erdr), Measure 6.2 Infrastructure Parts Due To The Fact That Such A Division Would Threaten Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Performing The Contract. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order (E.G.
