Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Assembly Of Stage Mechanics (Winch) Devices Along With An Electrical Installation For The Lublin Conference Center In Lublin

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Delivery And Assembly Of Electrical Stage Mechanics With Electrical Installation Supplying The Abovementioned Devices, Control Panel And Obtaining A Positive Udt Decision On The Possibility Of Operation Of Devices. 2. The Project Contains A Wider Scope Of Work Than The Subject Of The Order. The Design Guidelines For The Implementation Of Two Eu And S1 Stage Struggles With Electric Drive, Listed In Part E Of The Technical Design, Should Be Taken Into Account. 3. All Works Related To The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Assumptions And Conditions Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz And The Project Constituting Annex 9 To Swz. 4. All Devices, Due To Their Purpose For Transport, Suspending The Maintenance Of Stage Elements And Devices Over People, Should Have Safety And Security Factors Required By Law, As Described In The Project. 5. 5. If The Documents Of The Order Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices - The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 5 Of The Act, Allows The Offering Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters, The Utility Features, Which The Materials And Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet To Meet The Requirements Set By The Member. Materials And Devices From Specific Manufacturers Are Only A Qualitative Pattern Of The Subject Of The Contract. By The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Utility Features, The Contracting Authority Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Generally Available Sources, Catalogs, And Manufacturers Websites. Operating Examples Of The Manufacturers Names Is Aimed At Clarifying The Level Of Expectations Of The Employer In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Product/Manufacturers Names Is Only An Exemplary Character. The Contracting Authority, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, At The Same Time Allows Equivalent Products With Utility Parameters And Qualitative Features At Least At The Level Of Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With Indicated Or Better Parameters. 6. In Any Case, When The Employer Describes The Subject Of The Contract Through A Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 7. In Each Case Of Use In Swz Or Order Documents, A Specific Label Or Certificate Specified In Art. 104 And 105 Of The Act, The Employer Also Accepts All Other Markings Confirming That Construction Works, Deliveries Or Services Meet Equivalent Requirements. 8. In Cases Where The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond His Control, Is Not Able To Obtain A Label Or Certificate Spec
