The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of An Internal Gas Installation And Central Heating In The Warehouse Building In Wełcz, Commune Busko-Zdrój As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Gas Installation Inside And Outside The Use Of An Office And Warehouse Building And Liquidation Of A Liquid Gas Reservoir Installation Located On Plot No. 559/2 In The Town Of Wełecz, Commune Busko-Zdrój.1.1. The Scope Of The Investment Is Provided For In Construction Works On Plot No. 559/2 In The Town Of Wełcz, Commune Busko-Zdrój Related To: A. Making An Internal Gas Installation Made Of Black Steel Pipes Without A Seam According To Pn-80/H-74219, B. Dismantling The Existing Central Heating Installation In The Warehouse, C. Performing A New Installation Of Central Heating Of Warehouse Halls Made Of Black Steel Pipes Without Seamless, Hot Rolled Up According To Pn-80/H-74219. Heating Warehouse Halls With Water Heaters. The Operation Of The Heater Will Be Controlled By Automation Supplied With Heaters, D. Performing The Necessary Works Of The Central Heating Installation In The Part Of The Social And Office Facilities With The Warehouse Related To The Replacement Of The Power Supply Installation With Pe-Xb/A1/Pe Pipes In Which The Network Polyethylene Was Used, Along With The Replacement Of Radiators, E. Performing Works Related To The Device, Equipping The Boiler Room Providing Heat For The Needs Of Heating Warehouses Using A Cascade Condensing Boiler, Hanging (2 Boilers) With Nominal Heating Power Of A Single Boiler 49.3 Kw, F. Performing Works Of Water-Sewage Installation To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Above -Mentioned Scope Of Works, G. Performing Electrical Works Related To The Renovation Of The Warehouse Hall Boiler Room Together With The Assembly Of The Gas Installation Safety System, Power Supply For Heaters In The Warehouse. The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include The Implementation Of The External Gas Installation. 1.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In The Following Documents: A) Project Documentation, Which Is An Attachment To Swz No. 8, Containing:- Industry Projects,- Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, B) A Pre-Office Of Works, Which Is An Attachment To Swz No. 9, C) The Draft Of The Contract Constituting An Attachment To Swz No. 7. The Form Of Remuneration Determined By The Contracting Authority For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Remuneration. Flat -Rate. The Work Of Works Specified In Annex 9 To Swz Is Only Informative. The Contractor, After Reading The Project Documentation And Other Documents And This Swz, Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Works Necessary To Achieve The Result.
