4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Thermomodernization Of The Osp Kuchary Building, Witonia Commune, By Performing Design Works And Construction Works. 4.2. The Task Is To Design And Perform The Thermomodernization Of The Building, Replace The Eye And External Doors, And To Make A Lightning Protection System, Which Is Primarily To:  Development Of A Construction Project: Architecture, Construction (In The Event Of The Need To Interfere In The Existing Structure), Lightning Protection Installation Based On Functional-Utility Programs (Pfu) And Energy Audit . The Extent Necessary To Perform The Contract.  Execution Of Construction And Installation Works,  In The Case Of Interference In The Construction Of The Building-Obtaining A Building Permit.  Execution Of As -Built Documentation. Note: Interference In The Structure Means The Reconstruction Of The Roof Structure Consisting In Strengthening The Roof Structure Or Replacing The Roof Structure With A New One. Replacing Some Of The Roof Structural Elements With New Ones Due To The Destruction Does Not Require Obtaining A Building Permit Or Notification. 4.3.
