The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Service Consisting In Performing Comprehensive Investor Supervision In The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Expansion Of Municipal Road No. 1522D Ul. Kopernika In Oleśnica, Including Activities Resulting From The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418), Hereinafter Roads Without Restrictions,- Installation In The Field Of Networks, Gas, Water Supply And Sewage Systems Without Restrictions,- Installation In The Scope Of Networks, Installations And Electrical And Electrical Devices Without Restrictions,- Installation In The Scope Of Networks, Installations And Telecommunications Devices Without Restrictions. 2. The Fulfillment Of Investor Supervision Referred To In Para. 1 Will Take Place: 1) Over The Investment Task Consisting In Performing Construction Works Entitled: Expansion Of Municipal Road No. 1522D Ul. Kopernika In Oleśnica, Both During The Performance Of The Basic Contract Concluded With The Contractor Of The Abovementioned The Investment, Hereinafter Referred To As The Investment Contractor, During The Warranty And Warranty Of The Contractor Of The Investment, As Well As In The Case Of Ordering The Contractor Of The Investment Of Possible Replacement Works And Additional Works (Hereinafter The Investment); 2) Based On The Material Scope Of Works On The Basis Of The Contract, Which The Contracting Authority Concluded With The Investment Contractor, Selected As A Result Of Separate Procedure For Awarding The Contract (Hereinafter The Investment Contractor). 3. The Purpose Of Providing The Service Is: 1) Ensuring A Comprehensive Control Of The Correctness Of Construction Works Resulting From The Contract Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Investment Contractor, With Technical And Technological Conditions, Project Documentation, A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment, Regulations And Conditions Set Out In These Documents And Control Of The Completion Of The Deadlines For Construction Works And Ensuring Due Quality Of Work And Supply, As Well Supervising The Obligations Of The Contractor Of The Investment Specified In His Contract, 2) Financial Control Of The Investment Implementation, Among Others In The Scope Of: Compliance Of Implementation With A Material And Financial Schedule, Compliance With The Financial Assumptions Of The Employer, Control Of Invoicing By The Contractor Of The Investment, Including To 90% Of The Contractual Amount At Partial Invoices, Verification Of Additional Works Cost Estimates, 3) Securing The Customers Interests In The Costs Of Costs And Timely Completion Of The Investment And Control Of The Compliance Of The Implementation Of The Investment Contractor With: A) Project Documentation, B) Conditions Specified In The Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid), C) Material And Technical Requirements Specified In The Detailed Technical Specifications Of Th
