1. After The Appointment Of A Team Of Specialists Based On The Diagnosis Of The Functioning Of A Child Concluded In The Opinion On The Need For Early Support For A Childs Development, Determining Directions And A Schedule Of Activities Undertaken In The Field Of Early Support And Family Support. Meetings Will Take Place At The Special School And Education Center, Wielgie 80A, 87-645 Zbójno, From Monday To Friday After Agreeing On The Date With The Program Coordinator. 2. Establishing Cooperation With The Institution In Which The Child Is Covered By Other Therapeutic Activities To Ensure The Consistency Of Impact; 3. Developing And Implementing With The Child And His Family An Individual Program Of Early Development Support In The Part Intended For The Pedagogue/Oligophrenopedagoga, Taking Into Account The Activities Supporting The Family; 4. Assessing Progress And Difficulties In The Childs Functioning, Including Identifying And Eliminating Barriers And Restrictions In The Environment That Hinders His Activity And Participation In Social Life; 5. Analyzing The Effectiveness Of Help Provided On The Basis Of The Child And His Family Program; 6. Introducing Changes To The Program According To The Current Needs Of The Child And His Family; 7. Planning Further Activities In The Field Of Early Support;
