Tenders are invited for Safety Intelligence and Dashboards (2025-2029). Technical subject matter: The continuous use of safety tools produce increasingly more data, which is of an increasingly better quality but also of increased complexity, ANSPs and EUROCONTROL need to be able to make full use of these details. The increasing traffic, coupled with the ever more congested airspace, in a world where resources become scarcer places serious constraints on determining the risks in the evolving nature of air traffic, where autonomous vehicles, new flying technologies and new ways of doing ATC require constant updates of analyses as well as more advanced techniques and technologies that would assist in identifying the risks quicker and more precisely. The support required comprises the following components, some of which will have to be performed or updated for each cycle of the project, as indicated: Develop safety dashboards for TOKAI that can be configured for small, medium and complex ANSPs. Once developed, support to deployment and regular updates are necessary. Integration and deployment of the dashboards for the TOKAI test and production servers in EUROCONTROL. Once integrated, regular updates are expected, as more knowledge is gained from the data analysis and from the development of the tool.
