Prequalifications are invited for Procurements Installation and Commissioning of Office Furniture and Equipment 4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS: Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Director, Physical Planning, Niger Delta University between the hours of 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., from the date of this publication, upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee (bank draft) of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) at the Bursary department of the University. The drafts should be made payable to the Bursar, Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Registrar, Niger Delta University Wilberforce Island, Bayelsa State and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the Name, Telephone Number and Mailing Address of the bidder and hand-deliver in the designated Tender Box in the Registrars Office not later than 12:00 noon, Monday, 7th July, 2025. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday, 7th July, 2025 in the Vice Chancellors Conference Room, in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
