Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance Of Streets And Public Areas For Winter Seasons 2025 - 2028

The Acquisition Is Subject To The (Mechanical) Winter Maintenance Contract For The Streets And Public Areas Of Pelkosenniemi Municipality. The Goal Is To Ensure Safe And Unobstructed Movement Throughout The Winter Season. The Procurement Includes Mechanical Plowing, Sanding, Polant Removal And Possible Separate Work. The Acquisition Is Divided Into Areas (Regional Contracts). The Offer Can Be Made For One Or More Contracts. A Contractor Is Selected Separately For Each Area. The Same Journalist Can Win Several Areas, But The Total Price Of The Contracts Does Not Affect The Contractor To Be Selected. Subdivisions / Contracts (Appendix 1) Are Defined As Follows:-Sub-Area 1 (Contract A): Kirkonkylä Planning Part Area 2 (Contract B): Municipal Real Estate-Section 3 (Contract C): Pelkosenniemi Vuokratalot Oys Residential Properties Plowing Area 4 (Contract) 2025-2026, 2026-2027 And 2027-2028. Winter Season Refers To The Period From The Beginning Of October Until The End Of May Following The Following Year (According To Weather Conditions). The Agreement Will Begin In October 2025 And Ends In May 2028. Exceptionally, Taking Into Account The Local Snow Situation, Contractual Obligations May Begin In September.
