Order Code, According To A Common Terminological Dictionary: 39800000- Cleaning And Polishing Products. The Requirements To Which The Products Must Meet Are Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex 1 And In The Documentation For Participation. The Deliveries Of The Goods Will Be Made Periodically After Receiving Preliminary Written Requests From The Contracting Authority. The Quantities In The Technical Specification Are Indicative/Forecast And The Supplies Depend On The Current Needs Of The Medical Establishment. The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Declare (Order) The Whole Quantity And/Or All Nomenclature Units. On The Grounds Of Art. 52, Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Requested From The Participants The Obligatory Provision Of Samples Of The Products Included In The Public Procurement In Order To Prove The Conformity Of The Offered Products With The Parameters Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1.
