The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Construction Of A Sanitary And Water Supply Sewage Network Together With The Road Hardening, As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of The Road From Wrocławska St. To Wiosenna Street In Dzierżoniów. 1.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Point 1.1, Applies To The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System And A Water Supply Network Based On The Project Documentation, Which Has Been Issued By The Employer, For Which The Decision Of The Building Permit Was Issued By The Staroste Dzierżoniów. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Construction Works, Among Others: 1) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Collector Together With Wells And Branches To The Border Of The Road Lane For The Needs Of Connecting The Property Of Property Owners. Connections Of Connections Should Be Tightly Secured; 2) Construction Of A Water Supply Network With Branches To The Road Lane Border To Connect The Property Of Property Owners. Connections Of Connections Should Be Tightly Secured; 3) Hardening After Road Robots With Aggregate Fraction Ø 31.5-63 Mm, Thickness 25-30 Cm, Along The Length Of The Road Section 520 M And A Width Of 3.0 M; 4) Cutting, Grubbing, Export And Utilization Of Trees And Shrubs, In Accordance With Decision No. 613.207.2024 Of 17.02.2025 Issued By The Staroste Of Dzierżoniowski; 5) Felling, Grubbing, Export And Utilization Of Trees And Shrubs For Which The Permission Decision Is Not Required, From Plot No. 1049/12 With An Area Of ​​8501M² And From Plot No. 1049/11 Nowe Miasto. The Contractor Is Obliged To Value The Clipping, Grubbing And Utilization Of All Trees And Shrubs On The Above Plots, To Which The Employer Will Obtain A Decision Permit During The Implementation Of Works. In This Respect, The Contractor Will Ensure The Performance Of Nature And Ornithological Supervision, On The Implementation Of The Task, By A Person With Appropriate Education And Experience In Supervising Work.
