The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Including The Performance Of The Task Entitled: Renovation And Strengthening Of The Communication Gallery And Strengthening Of The Section Ceiling On A Multi -Family Residential Building At Ul. Kołłątja 21B And C In Dąbrowa Górnicza On The Basis Of An Architectural And Construction Design - Annex 3 To Swz And Technical Documentation - Annex 4 To Swz. Works Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Architectural And Construction Project Constituting Annex 3 To Swz. The Obligations Of The Contractor Include: A) The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Art Of Building, As Well As Applicable Regulations And Standards In The Subject; B) Maintenance Of Order And Performing Cleaning Work After Renovation Works Around The Building, And Proper Development Of All Waste That Will Be Created During The Implementation Of Works, In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions, In Particular The Waste Act And The Environmental Protection Law; C) Equipping The Working Brigades With Materials, Tools And Equipment; D) Supervising Employees Employed Under The Order; E) Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations In The Workplace In Relation To Employees And Third Parties; F Determining Safe Communication On The Traffic Route During The Work. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Damages Resulting From The Unreliable Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Concise Scope Of Works Is Determined By: A) The Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 2 To Swz); B) Architectural And Construction Design (Annex No. 3 To Swz); C) Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Annex 4 To Swz); D) The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 11 To Swz). The Removal Requires A Guarantee For The Works Performed And The Materials Used For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months.
