1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Construction Work And Other Obligations Arising From The Documentation. The Investment Consists In Building A Road In Kończyce On Part Of Plot No. 9/4. The Length Of The Road Covered By The Study Is 0.125 Km (According To The Assumed Kilometer). The Investment Is Located In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, In The Secular Poviat, In The Nowe Commune. The Investment Task Includes: 1) Measuring Works And Preparation Of The Area For Construction (Terrain Marking), 2) Removal Concrete And Structural Layers Of Road, 5) Profiling And Density Of The Ground, 6) Setting Concrete Resistors On A Concrete Bench With Resistance, 7) Making A Foundation Made Of Broken Aggregate Mechanically Stabilized, 8) Making Pavement From Concrete Cobblestones Gr. 8 Cm, 9) Execution Of Ground Roadside, 10) Marking The Road In Accordance With The Design Of A Permanent Traffic Organization, 11) Finishing Works, 12) As -Built Inventory. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor In Terms Of The Investment Is Obliged To, Accordingly In Accordance With The Construction Law: A) Obtain A Final Decision On The Permit To Use The Subject Of The Contract Or B) Make An Effective Notification Of The Building Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction (By Effective Notification Is Understood As A Notification In Relation To Which The Building Supervisory Authority Did Not Object To The Right Path).
