1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renovation And Thermomodernization Of Student Houses No. 1, 3 And 4 At Ul. Spacerowa In Słupsk. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation, Which Consists Of A Construction Project, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - Further Design Documentation. The Number Of Works Are Auxiliary. 3. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On Functioning Facilities, Therefore The Managing Person Provides For Restrictions Resulting From The Need To Ensure The Functioning Of The Object During Renovation: 1) All Internal Work Should Be Carried Out From 01.07.2025. - 30.09.2025 The Contractor Must Provide Constant Access To The Building For Users During Renovation Works And The Possibility Of Permanent Use In The Building From Hot And Cold Water And Electricity. 2) All External Works Should Be Carried Out From August 2025. In Addition To The Breeding Season, The Nesting Windows On The Buildings Of The Student Houses, With The Received Letter Of The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection In Gdańsk Regarding Reference Number Rdoś-Gd-Wzg.6401.132.2025.Kp.1 Of 20 May 2025, Which The Attachment To This Procedure. 3) Internal Renovation Works Regarding The Renovation Of A Canteen Ventilation With Kitchen Facilities At The Student House No. 1 Should Be Carried Out Within 2 Weeks. The Date Of Joining The Work And A Detailed Work Schedule Should Be Determined With The Employer Min. 1 Month Before Starting Work. The Contractor Before The Start Of The Works Is Obliged To Provide The Supply Of All The Materials Necessary To Perform The Work. 4) Two Toilets At The Student Student House No. 1 Can Be Renovated So As To Ensure Alternating Functioning (After Receiving Without The Comments Of One Toilet By The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Can Only Be Replaced By The Renovation Of The Other Toilet). 5) Renovation Of External Stairs And Corridors In The Building.
