The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Together With The Subject Of The Contract A Guarantee Document Or Proof Of Purchase Issued By The Manufacturer Or Distributor, Confirming The Provision Of Warranty On The Required Warranty Conditions, Containing At Least: Warranty Period, The Scope Of Warranty Protection And The Procedure For Reporting Faults. The Contractor Is Obliged To Dismantle And Utilize All Furniture Equipment And Household Appliances, Which, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Is Subject To Exchanges For New Ones. Directization Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular With The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023 Item At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Documents Confirming The Correct Utilization Issued By The Entity Authorized To Manage Waste. The Failure To Comply With The Above Requirements Will Be Treated As Improper Performance Of The Contract And May Result In Calculating Contractual Penalties.
