The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Delivery Including The Purchase And Provision Of Gas Fuel Distribution Service In The Form Of Natural Gas For The Vocational And Continuing Education Center In Nowa Wieś. The Total Amount Of Gas Fuel, Which Will Be Supplied During The Period Of The Contract To The Collection Points (Main Building Id 8018590365500019238727, Dormitory Building Id 80185903655500019283697 And Didactic Building Id 8018590365500065088815) Is Estimated At 803 965 Kwh. The Above Value Of The Gas Volume Is An Estimated Value And May Change. The List Of Collection Points Includes Annex 5 To Swz. In Case Of Difference Between Planned And Actual Consumption. In The Event Of A Difference Between Planned And Actual Consumption, The Contractor Will Not Claim Financial Claims Other Than Those Resulting From The Amount Of Gas Used And Transmission Services In Accordance With The Applicable Tariff Of The Distribution System Operator.
