3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is To Catch Homeless Dogs And Cats From The Sulejów Commune And Take Them To The Shelter In 2025 In The Period Of 6 Months From 01/01/2025. The Current Agreement Is Valid Until 30/06/2025. Arrival At The Indicated By Phone Or E-Mail By Employees Of The Municipal Municipal Board In Sulejów (Hereinafter Referred To As Mzk In Sulejów) Sulejów Communes, Where There Is A Homeless Animal And Its Catching. The Contractors Arrival Should Take Place Within A Maximum Of 2 Hours. The Number Of Animals Is Adopted To Catch About 11 Pieces For The Duration Of The Contract. The Employer Reserves That The Number Of Animals To Catch And Admit To The Shelter May Be Smaller Or Larger, And This Will Result From The Current Number Of Homeless Animals Staying In The Sulejów Commune. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out A 15-Day Quarantine For Newly Plays, Mark Their Chip Number, Perform Sterilization Or Castration, Perform 24-Hour Care For Animals, Including Care, Meals, Veterinary Supervision, Prevention, Treatment, Searching For Volunteers And Giving Animals To Adopt, Writing Contracts With People Adopting, Preparing And Transferring To The Ordering Party Monthly Reports And Sets Of Dogs Staying In A Shelter From The Commune Of Sulejów. Each Time The Dog Is Transported To The Shelter, Can Only Be Carried Out At The Request Of The Employer - Authorized Employees Of Mzk In Sulejów And The Police. The Employer Will Not Bear The Costs Of Maintaining Animals Delivered To The Shelter On Behalf Of Other Entities Or Natural Persons. 3.2 As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Take Care Of About 21 Animals Caught From The Commune Of Sulejów In Previous Years In Order To Continue Taking Care Of Them, I.E.: The Contractor Took Care Of The Care Of About 21 Dogs, Cats Currently Staying In A Shelter For Homeless Animals Based In Bełchatów, Ul. Zdzieszulicka (An Entity Providing The Above -Mentioned Services For The Sulejów Commune Until June 30, 2025) And The Ownership Of The Sulejów Commune, And Their Transfer To The Shelter Run By The Contractor At Its Expense And Using His Own Means Of Transport, In Order To Continue Paying Them. The Sulejów Commune Bears The Costs Of Maintaining Its Animals In The Shelter. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Number Of Animals To Take Over From A Shelter For Homeless Animals Based In Bełchatów May Be Smaller Or Larger, And This Will Result From The Current Number Of Animals Staying In The Shelter On The Day Of Receipt From The Shelter. The Takeover Will Take Place On The Basis Of The Acquisition Protocol. Animals Staying In The Shelter Are Already: Dewormed, Vaccinated And Sterilized And Marked With The Chip Identification Number, After Quarantine.
