1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Successive Reception (Including Transport) And Development (Use) Produced By The Contracting Authority (Emerging In The Installation Of Municipal Sewage Treatment Plants) Of Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge With Code 19 08 05 In An Annual Period In An Amount Of About 1500 Mg/Year (Total During The Contract Up To 3000 Mg) Dehydrated In The Tape Press (Dry Mass Approx. 20-22 %). 2. The Term Development Should Be Understood As: Collecting, Recovery, Including Pre -Recovery Preparation. 3. Municipal Sewage Sludge Can Be Developed As Follows: In Accordance With The Method Given In Art. 96 Para. 1 Points 3-5 Of The Waste Act. The Removal Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Recovery To The Extent Specified In Art. 96 Section 1 Point 1 And 2 Of The Waste Act. 4. The Contracting Authority Guarantees The Performance Of The Contract In A Minimum Range Of 70% Of The Tonnage, I.E. The Transfer Of The Contractor For Receipt, Transport And Development Of A Minimum Of 2,800 Mg During The Contract (The Number Of Manufactured Sediments Is Estimated On The Basis Of Historical Data). 5. Development Of The Settlement Will Only Take Place In The Manner Provided For In The Environmental Protection Law. Act On Waste And Executive Ordinances In This Respect. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Documentation On Behalf Of The Employer Regarding The Use Of Municipal Sewage Sludge On The Soils On Which The Sediment Development Process Is Planned.
