Expression of Interest for Detailed Engineering Design Phase 2 (DED2) for Four (4) Irrigation Schemes in Four Provinces. The PPSF consulting services (the Services) include the preparation of the Detailed Engineering Design (DED) and tender package for Advanced Works for improvement of the Ou Ta Poung located in Pursat province, and the smaller schemes Yutasast, Brambeai Mom and Stung Kraing Bat located in Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Speu and Kandal provinces, that are concerned with water management and infrastructure development. The works should consider the inputs from component 1 as both components (1&2) are inter-related and need to work together.
