The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is “Determination Of A Contractor Of Consulting Services / Preparation Of A Complex Report On Conformity Assessment And Technical Control By Part Of The Structural And Construction Supervision / In Connection With The Construction Of The Site“ Major Repair Of The Site: Road Ii -35 - Zlatitsa From Km 20 (By Assignment Km 42+810) To Km 44+811.92 (By Task Km 44+820), With A Total Length Of 16,705 Km, Sofia District, Which Applies For Funding Under The Regions Development Program 2021-2027 The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Designate The Contractor Of The Consulting Service And To Conclude A Contract For The Preparation Of A Complex Conformity Assessment Report With The Basic Requirements For The Construction And Technical Control Under The Part Constructive, And The Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Site, In View Of The Performance Of Quality Construction. The Site Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract And The Current Bulgarian Legislation For The Construction And Commissioning Of The Construction Works. Short Description: Road Ii-37 Is A Second-Class Road From The Republican Road Network, Which Falls Entirely On The Territory Of Opu Sofia. The Project Includes Two Sections: Section 1 From Km 20+964 To Km 35+580 /35+646,66 By Project /And Section 2 Of Km 42+810/42+790 By Project /Up To Km 44+280 /44+811,92 By Project /. The Road Is Developing On The Territory Of Sofia Region In Mixed Terrain. The Beginning Of Section # 1 Is Next To The D11 Sign At The End Of The City Of Etropole, And The End Point Is The Beginning Of The Rehabilitated Section. The Length Of Section № 1 Is 14 682,66 M. The Beginning Of Section 2 Is After The Rehabilitation Of The Village Of Church, And The End Point Of The Section Is About 20 M After The Bridge In The Town Of Zlatitsa. The Length Of Section № 2 Is 2 021, 92 M. The Road In The First Section Does Not Pass Through Settlements, And In The Second Section It Passes Through The Village Of Churchle From Km 42+810 To Km 43+579 And Through The Town Of Zlatitsa From Km 44+689 To Km 44+820. In Both Sections, The Flooring Is In Poor Condition, And After Km 27+100 The Road Flooring Of Individual Sections Is Missing, And After Km 33+000 The Trail Of The Road Route Is Unclear, Both By Geometric Elements And In The Presence Of Flooring. For The First Section Due To The Poor Condition Of The Road Floor Of Km 27+100, No Measurements Of Equality And Load -Bearing Capacity Were Made Due To The Inability To Do So. After This Kilometer, A Complete Reconstruction Of The Road Surface Is Envisaged. The Length Of The Reconstruction Is 8.6 Km. For The Second Section, The Reconstruction And Local Repairs Are Designated, Which Also Exceed 50% Of The Length Of A Second Section, With Most Of Them In The Settlements. The Dimensions On The Existing Road Is Too Specific And Inhomogeneous.
