The Client Intends To Re -Award The Air Rescue At The Mannheim Location For The Period 01.11.2026 To October 31, 2041 (15 Years). The Implementation Of The Air Rescue Is To Be Carried Out As The Task Of Emergency Rescue. The Service To Be Awarded Comprises • The Provision Of A Suitable Rescue Helicopter As Well As The Necessary Medical-Technical Equipment For The Operation Of Rth Christoph 53 At The Cityairport Mannheim Location Monday To Friday From 7 A.M. To 8 P.M. And Saturdays, Sundays And Public Holidays From 8:00 A.M. To 8:00 P.M. (Regardless Of Sunrise And End); • The Provision Of The Helicopters, Emergency Doctors And Hems Tc Required And Suitable For The Operation Of The Rth; • The Implementation Of Primary And Secondary Operations (Dual-Use Model) In Accordance With The Relevant Legal And Administrative Regulations. Note: At The Cityairport Mannheim, Seckenheimer Landstr. 172, 68163 Mannheim, An Air Rescue Station Is Already Available. This Is To Be Used By The Service Provider. For This Purpose, The Rental Agreement In Appendix 13 Must Be Concluded With The Operating Company Of Cityairport Mannheim, Rhein-Neckar Flugplatz Gmbh. It Is Planned That A New Station Will Be Built On The Site Of The City Airport During The Order Period. In This Case, The Contract Is Terminated By The Previous Station And The Service Provider Is Generally Obliged To Conclude A Contract For The New Station. To Ensure The Refueling, The Refueling System Available At The Location Must Be Used. In Principle, The Fuel Prices Published By The Airport Apply. However, The Future Service Provider Will Remain Unable To Conclude A Separate Agreement With The Airport. The Airport Will Treat All Applicants Equally.
