Software Support Services - Development Of Ipr Portal, Phase 2. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is Primarily To Expand The Existing Ipr Portal, Ie The Development And Implementation Of New Functionalities Within The Existing Ipr Portal. The Required New Functionalities Of The Ipr Portal Consists In The Development And Implementation Of Application For Process Management And Registration Of Documents In Financial Management And Control, In Short Zam-Zak-Rost (Hereinafter Referred To As The Module). The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Also Includes The Subsequent Support Of The Module. The New Zam-Zak-Roz Module Will Bring A Fundamental Shift In The Digitization Of The Key Area-Management Of Intentions/Orders And Budget Management. The New Module Will Be One Of The Main Tools Of Financial Management And Control On Ipr While Replacing The Existing Unsatisfactory Applications, Tools And Processes. The Support Of The New Module Zam-Zak-Roz Will Be Provided For The Period From The Completion Of Its Development, Respectively. Implementation Until 31.12.2028. The Contracting Authority Assumes The Beginning Of The Performance (Support) From 1.1.2026, Ie For The Period Of 36 Calendar Months. The Technical Specification Of The Module Zam-Zak-Roz Is Given In Annex 1 To This Tender Documentation. Detailed (Complementary) Processing Of Technical Requirements Is Further Given In Annexes 2C, 2D, 2E And 2F This Tender Documentation. This Public Contract Will Be Awarded By The Conclusion Of One Contract, And This Contract Is Not A Framework Agreement, But The Inspection Bodies Could Evaluate This Contract As A Contract With The Framework Element, So The Contracting Authority Provides This Information From Procedural Caution.
