Repair And Maintenance Services - Public Tender For The Contract On The Operation And Maintenance Of Road Lighting Plants In Gribskov Municipality. Tendering Of The Contract Relates To The Operation And Maintenance Of All Road Lighting Plants In Gribskov Municipality. The Tasks Include, But Are Not Limited To, As Follows: • Preparedness • Administrative Services • Daily Operations And Maintenance Of Road Lighting Facilities Throughout The Municipality, Including Remedy Of Errors And Deficiencies • Overhaul • Other Tasks The Contract Includes The Following Main Components: • Approx. 9,500 Lighting Masts (In Wood, Steel, Aluminum And Grid), Incl. Associated Foundations • Approx. 9,500 Lighting Fixtures, Cf. Sub -Appendix 1.1 • Cable System And Overhead Lines • Approx. 300 Meter Installations In Road Lighting Cabinets In Addition, The Contract Includes Christmas Lights Installations, Including Guard Scheme On These, In Gilleleje, Græsted And Helsinge. It Is Only The Outlet For Christmas Lights At Ground Level That The Tenderer Must Service. No Expenses For The Hanging Or Service Of Garlands And The Like Should Be Included. Electricity Supply Systems Are Not Included In The Plants In Question. The Interface Between The Contracting Entity And The Electricity Supply Company Is The Clamps Of The Tariff Fuses. There Are Road Lighting In Gribskov Municipality On Private Common Roads And On Private Matrices. These Plants Are Only Included In This Contract, To The Extent That They Appear In The Contractor Gis System. Thus, It Is Only Facilities That Appear In The Contractor Gis System That Are Included In The Contract. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Ensure That All Road Lighting Plants Always, To The Greatest Extent Possible, Retain Its Properties In Safety And Functional Terms.
