Tenders are invited for Yahso Jungle Adventure Limited Infrastructure Construction (#73803). Scope: The Contractor will execute the following works - Construction of a 1000 sq.ft. building to include and administrative office, five (5) changing rooms and a restroom (Female: 4 stalls, Male: 3 stalls and 1 urinal. Each restroom to accommodate persons with disabilities); - Construction of a pea gravel driveway and visitor parking area; - Provision and retrofitting of a 20 ft. container kitchenette; and - Rehabilitation of vehicular access gate and provision of a tertiary-level wastewater treatment facility. Works Period: Six (6) months.
