Construction Work For Multi-Dwelling Buildings And Individual Houses-Engineering (Design, Construction And Copyment Supervision) For The Execution Of A Site: Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building, Trakia, Bl. 5A, Ent. And In. B, Harmanli. The Present Public Procurement Was Created To Improve The Energy Characteristics Of The Multi -Family Residential Building, Including To Reduce The Energy Poverty And Of Vulnerable Energy Consumers In The Harmanli Municipality -Affected By The Market Pool And Fall Within The Territorial Transition Of The Fund For A Fair. In Order To Achieve The Listed, It Is Envisaged To Fulfill The Present Award: Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase And The Implementation Of Copyright Supervision During Construction. The Design Team Of The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Copyright Supervision During Construction On All Parts Of The Project According To Art. 162 Of The Spa. The Designer Of The Respective Part Must Be Present In The Drawing Up Of All Acts And Protocols Requiring The Participation Of A Designer In Accordance With The Category Of Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 On The Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During The Construction. Implementation Of The Envisaged Construction Works In Accordance With The Prepared Project Documentation. The Warranty Periods For The Site Are In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003. For The Commissioning Of The Construction Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, The Same As They Begin To Run From The Date Of Issuance Of A Permit For Use Of The Construction. The Following Mandatory Measures Are Envisaged: Thermal Insulation Of Exterior Walls; Heat Insulation Of The Roof; Heat Insulation Of Floor; Replacement Of Joinery On Facade Walls With Pvc Profile With Glazing And Windows And Doors With Aluminum Profile With Interrupted Thermalness And Glazing; Introduction Of Energy -Saving Lighting In Common Parts Of The Building. During Construction, Designers Will Exercise Copyright. The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is In The Amount Of: 1043435.00 (One Million And Forty -Three Thousand Four Hundred Thirty -Five) Bgn Without Vat Or Respectively 1252 122.00 (One Million Two Hundred Fifty -Two One Hundred And Twenty -Two) Levs, Distributed And Formed By The Value Of The Individual Activities From The Subject Working Project And For The Implementation Of The Authors Supervision Of The Site During Construction - Bgn 26 200.00 (Twenty -Six Thousand And Two Hundred) Bgn Without Incl. Vat, Formed By The Following Estimated Values: Estimated Value For The Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase: 23200.00 (Twenty -Three Thousand Two Hundred) Bgn Without Incl. Vat; Estimated Value For The Provision Of Copyright Supervision Services During Construction: Bgn 3,000 (Three Thousand) Without Incl. Vat; Total Value For The Implementation Of Construction Works - Bgn 1 01723.00 (One Million And Seventeen Thousand Two Hundred Thirty -Five) Levs Without Incl. Vat. The Contracting Authority Sets A Maximum Permissible Deadline For The Preparation Of An Investment
