Work Detail
Request for proposals for Support to MISTI for Improving Public Services and Business Licensing. CAPRED seeks to engage a qualified consulting firm or a consortium to conduct two major deliverables: A comprehensive feedback survey and workflow optimisation analysis with the objective of enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency, and user experience of MISTIs public services for existing digitised services(stage 1) which is already launched. The focus will be on services related to business licensing in the manufacturing and handicraft sectors, as well as product registration, testing, and related technical services. Identifying pain points and inefficiencies within the 386 identified service delivery processes, gathering feedback from end-users and stakeholders, and proposing actionable recommendations for streamlining workflows for stage 2. The assignment will also involve the development and refinement of a user-friendly, integrated online license registration system tailored to the needs of SMEs and other key service users.
