It Should Be Noted That The Contracting Entity From The Tenderer With Whom The Contracting Entity Intends To Contract Must Require Documentation Of The Information Provided In The Espd, Including In Order For The Tenderer Not To Be Covered By Exclusionary Grounds, Cf. The Tendering Act § 151 And § 152. See Section 3.7.1. In Espd Part Iv B, The Tenderers Must Disclose The Companys Annual Revenue For The Past Three Completed Financial Years. In Order To Ensure That The Applicant Has The Necessary Financial And Financial Prerequisites For Solving The Task, It Is A Requirement That The Applicant Meets The Following Requirements: • The Applicants Average Annual Turnover For The Past Three Completed Financial Years Has Been At Least Dkk 280 Million. • The Applicants Equity Is At Least Dkk 50 Million. Cf. Last Financial Year. For The Purpose Of The Contractors Assessment, The Applicant Must Enclose Information In The Application, Consisting Of References On The Execution Of Renovation Cases Carried Out Within The Past Five Years. Up To 5 References Must Be Attached, Of Which At Least 2 Of The References Must Deal With Major Renovation Cases Of Housing Construction. Larger Cases Mean Cases More Than Dkk 200 Million. Dkk Excl. Vat. It Is Clear From Section 2.6 What Conditions Are Considered Positive In Selection, If More Than Four Suitable Applications Are Received, Submitted References Must Be So Detailed That They Allow The Applicants Experience. Each Reference Must Fill A Maximum Of Two A4 Pages. If Fewer Than 5 References Are Delivered, This Will Be Negatively Weighted In The Selection. If Applicants Submit More Than 5 References, Only The First 5 Attached To The Application Will Be Evaluated. References May Relate To Ongoing Tasks. If The Reference Relates To An Ongoing Task, Part Of The Assessment Of The Reference Will Be How Far In The Execution Of The Task Is. The Tasks In The References Must Have Been Handed Over A Maximum Of 5 Years Before The Time Of Application. In The Assessment Of The Relevance Of The Applicants Experience, An Overall Assessment Will Be Made Based On The Following Conditions In Non -Priority Order: • Experience In Renovation Of Housing, Preferably Chain/Townhouses Of Similar. Character • Experience With A Holistic Renovation Of General Residential Properties With Support From The Landsbyggefonden • The Size/Scope Of The Case, Including Overall Contract Price.
