Appui Aux Femmes Entrepreneures Dans Léconomie Verte Et Au Renforcement Des Capacités Des Institutions Partenaires - Advisory And Implementation Services For The Promotion Of Women Entrepreneurship In Algerias Green Economy This Assignment Involves The Technical Implementation Of Selected Project Outputs Under The Initiative To Promote Women Entrepreneurship In Algerias Green Economy. Support Is To Be Provided In Teh Forms Of Expert Advisory And Operational Support To The Project Team, The Algerian Ministry Of Industry (Mi), Relevant Affiliated Authorities And Institutions, As Well As Key Actors Within The Algerian Entrepreneurial Ecosystem. The Cooperation Primarily Involves The Ministry Of Industry, Especially The Directorate Of Smes, Regional Authorities (Wilaya Directorates Of Industry - Diw), And Other Affiliated Institutions Such As The Sme Development And Innovation Promotion Agency (Adpmepi) And Public Incubators. Beyond Policy Advisory, It Is Expected To Coordinate With Private And Public Ecosystem Actors (E.G., Incubators, Accelerators, Training Institutes, Business Associations, Professional Federations) To Strengthen Their Capacity To Support Female Entrepreneurs And Disseminate Effective Approaches At National Scale. Tasks: Component 1: Development Of Tailored Support Services For Women Entrepreneurs - Advisory Services For Designing Support Offerings Aligned With The Specific Needs Of Women Entrepreneurs. - Support For Developing Training Of Trainers Approaches Within Public/Private Incubators And Relevant Associations. Component 2: Improving Technical Conditions For Women In Two Target Value Chains 1. Natural Cosmetics Production And Marketing 2. Value-Added Products Derived From Residues Activities Include: - Advising On And Supporting Value Chain Analysis. - Supporting The Development Of Action Plans For Value Chain Strengthening. - Developing Advisory And Mentoring Approaches For Smes And Specialized Institutions. - Supporting The Design And Delivery Of Technical Training. O Organizational Consulting For Institutions To Create Targeted Support Measures. O Technical Assistance And Coaching For Women Entrepreneurs Throughout Production And Marketing Processes. Component 3: Capacity-Building Of Partner Institutions For Awareness And Support Measures - Advisory Support For Awareness-Raising Training Formats. - Support For The Design And Implementation Of Awareness Formats (E.G., Campaigns, Events). - Development Of Local-Level Institutional Advisory Approaches To Guide Aspiring And Active Women Entrepreneurs. - Documentation And Dissemination Of Best Practices And Processes. Monitoring And Evaluation (M&E): At The Start Of Each Assignment, Coordination Takes Place With A Designated Giz Advisor To Define The M&E Contributions, Including The Type And Timing Of Data Collection.
