The Existing Job And Associated Infrastructure, Such As Track Lighting, Asphalt Pavement, Drainage And The Track Station Approaching The End Of Their Technical Lifespan And Must Be Replaced. The Assignment Involves The Design And Execution Of Work On The Major Maintenance Of Baan 06-24 At Rotterdam The Hague Airport. It Is A Two Phase Contract, Whereby The Contract Is Carried Out In Two Consecutive Phases: Phase I Relates To The Design Phase In The Design Team And Phase Ii Relates To The Implementation Phase. The Execution Of The Work Must Take Place Within A Very Limited Execution Period, It Is Expected That The Work On The Track Is Expected To Start In The First Or Second Quarter Of 2028 Than In The First Quarter Of 2028. During The Work, The Airport Is Completely Closed For Air Traffic (Ex. The Trauma And Police Helperpot). This Places High Demands On Planning, Cooperation And Risk Management. The Intended Result Is A Fully Renovated Job That Meets The Applicable Aviation-Safe Lecture Regulations And Can Be Used For At Least Ten Years Without The Need For Major Maintenance.
