The Center For The Management Of The Territorial Public Service Of The Lozère, Represented By Its President, Proceeds To This Consultation In Order To Take Out A Participation Agreement For The Protection Of The Supplementary Provident Of Territorial Staff Of Local Authorities And Public Establishments In Lozère, In Application Of The Texts And Regulations In Force. The Group Dassurance Contract Thus Subscribed Will Take Effect On January 1, 2026. The Subscription Of This Contract Takes Place Within The Framework Of The Establishment Of A Local Collective Agreement In Accordance With The Texts In Force. Ladhesion Of Communities Or Public Establishments Is Free. A Single Lot As Provided By Laccord Will Be Offered, Including: A Basic Offer, A Higher Offer Offering Reinforced Guarantees, 2 Any Additional Services In Guarantee Of The Education And Temporary Lincapacity Reinforced For Contractual Agents. Communities Will Be Engaged In A Dacocharmacy Agreement With The Cdg, Relating To The Implementation And Management Of The Contract During The Market Duration. An Annual Contribution Will Be Called By The Cdg For This Purpose With Themployer.
