1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Involving The Construction Of Road Lighting At The Internal Road, No. 45/1 And Parts 44/3 In Lipniak2. The Scope Of Works Related To The Construction Of Lighting Includes; A) The Construction Of A Cable Lighting Line With A Length Of Approx. 1179 Mbb) Installation Of Lighting Columns In The Amount Of 35 Pcs) Installation Of Lighting Fittings Ledd Types) Installation Of Lighting Cabinet - Adaptation To Leading The Cable Cable 3. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail: Design Documentation, Technical Specification And The Number Of Works, Which Constitute Attachments To This Specification. 4. The Bill Of Quantities Is Auxiliary. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Amount Of Works With The Design Documentation. Due To The Fact That The Work Contract Will Be A Flat -Rate Agreement In The Event Of A Greater Amount Of Works In Any Item During The Works, This May Not Be Considered Additional Works With An Additional Remuneration. Any Lack Of Some Works Necessary For The Execution Of Works Based On The Project Documentation (Including In The Executive Project) Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Project At The Contractual Price.
