The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others, The Construction Of Foundations; 2) Construction Of Four Bsh Wood Sheds; 3) Installation Of Wiat4 Equipment. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Attached Documentation, Determining The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Land Development Project; 2) Architectural And Construction Project; 3) Technical Design; 4) Executive Design; 5) Stwiorb; 6) Premier; 7) Decision No. 1345/2024 Of 19.09.2024; 5. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Ensure A Safe Organization Of Works; 2) Secure The Area Of ​​Works During The Implementation Of The Task, Until The Completion And Receipt Of The Final Works; 3) Absolutely Apply To The Content Of All Arrangements Issued By Persons Authorized By The Employer; 4) Know And Apply All Provisions Regarding Environmental Protection During The Works; 5) Materials Derived From Demolition; 6) Include In The Remuneration The Costs Of Maintaining The Construction Site, The Costs Of The Device And Maintenance Of The Construction Facilities, The Costs Of Arrangements, Acceptance, Exclusions, Tests To Perform The Contract, Costs Of Geodetic And Geotechnical Service, Costs Of Securing The Construction And Preparation Of As -Built Documentation And The Costs Of Utilizing Materials From Demolition; 7) Perform At Your Own Expense Schedules Or Work Drawings. Execution Of Works Or Parts Thereof; 8) Provide, At Your Own Expense, Servicing Scientific And Research Units, If The Need Arises For A Given Scope Of Works; 9) Provide The Ordering Party On The Day Of The Contract, A Statement Of The Construction Manager On Taking Over The Obligation To Manage Construction; 10) Ensure The Implementation Of Works In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Persons Staying On Or Near The Works Area And Moving Near The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Work Area Is Deprived Of Access To Water And Electrical Installation In Connection With This, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure These Media On Its Own And At Its Own Expense (Ancient Aggregates, Barrels). 7.
