The Subject Of A Statement Is Construction Works Covering The Replacement Of The Slides Of The Water Slide Together With Retrofitting With A Multimedia Installation At The Employers Swimming Pool At Ul. V Perrawna 22 In Warsaw - As Described By The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) - Annex 1 To Swz And Attachments To That Description. The Contracting Authority Recommends The Contractors To Take A Local Vision As Well As A Detailed Check And Familiarization With The Documentation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Attached Balances Are An Auxiliary Document For The Contractor. The Employer Allows Equivalent Solutions, And Such Reference Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words Described In Swz And Attachments By Means Of Norms, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Paragraph 5 And Art. 101 Of The Pzp Act. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions, Is Obliged To Show That The Deliveries, Services Or Works Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer, With Equivalent Solutions Must Meet The Requirements In Issued Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements.
