The Subject Of The Contract Is: Successive Delivery Of Food Products To Nursing Home No. 1 In Krosno In Accordance With A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Included In Annex 1 To Swz For Each Package. The Employer, Despite Being Due Diligence, Due To The Nature Of The Business, Reserves The Right To Implement A Variable Number Of Individual Articles, With An Indication Of The Minimum Amount Of Ordered Products. The Actual Quantities Of Ordered Articles Will Depend On The Needs Reported During The Contract And Will Be Numerous According To The Unit Prices Given In The Offer By The Contractor. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Individual Products Listed In The Annex Indicated In Point 1 Under The Amount Offered By The Contractor. In This Respect, The Contractors Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Employer. When Performing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Products At Unit Prices Lower Than Offered If The Unit Price Reduction Results From The Contractors Promotion Or Availability Of The Product For A Certain Period Of Time At A More Favorable Price Than The Resulting Offer. The Contractor Obliges To Comply With The Following Terms Of Delivery: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered In Accordance With The Sanitary Requirements Of Ghp And Haccp, I.E.
