1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Full Project Documentation For The Surface Consolidation Of Poviat Road No. 1625L In Msc. Display-Zagodno. The Documentation Is To Include All Design Stages With Obtaining A Final Building Permit/Construction Permit And Investment Preparation For Implementation. 2. The Investment Is Located On Plots With Registration Numbers: 330 .3. The Designed Section Of The Surface Should Start With The Plot With The Registration Number No. 21/2, And End On The Plot With The Registration Number 15/8 (Difacers Of Roads) - To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. 4. Design Documentation Should Be Developed On The Basis Of:- Employers Guidelines For Design,- Consultations And Agreements With The Designated Representatives Of The Contracting Authority,- A Schedule Of Design Work Prepared By The Contractor, Which The Contractor Will Provide The Employer To The Contracting Authority Before Signing The Contract. 5. Development Of The Concept Of A Design Solution To The Contracting Authority, Which Will Contain: 1) Project Documentation Together With Relevant Consents - 2 Copies. 2) Executive Project - 3 Copies 3) Investor Cost Estimate - 2 Copies. (If Required) 7) Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Work For Each Occurring Industry - 3 Copies,
